Alsa Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the nature of our specialty paint products.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Change of mind
  • Improper application

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Your order number

We will review and may offer a replacement at no cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if an item is confirmed defective and a replacement is not available.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

Important

Proper application is required. Issues caused by incorrect use do not qualify for refunds.
